DigiAce app - Updates for February 2025

Here are the updates for the DigiAce app that we launched in February 2025.

  • OrangeAce - we've fixed the file transfer in the organisation's requests,
  • OrangeAce - Fixed a bug when removing OrangeAce reminders,
  • OrangeAce - change how the table looks for organisations:
  • BankConnect - change which date is taken for the creation of OTP Bank Statements (posting date),
  • OrangeAce - we have added a system for closure of accounts 2024 that allows you to see an overview of all closed and open cases for closure of accounts,
  • OrangeAce - we've added a tagging system for issues:
  • our emails are now formatting-free (no HTML), as formatting contributes to poor ratings on Gmail servers (some mail was going to spam/promotions),
  • You can now be logged in to DigiAce for up to 365 days without having to log in again,
  • OrangeAce - added an arrow next to the organisation in the organisation view (you can now change the view between organisations).
