DigiAce App - Updates for March 2025

Details

Here are the updates for the DigiAce app that we launched in March 2025.

  • OrangeAce: we have removed unnecessary elements from the emails sent by the app,
  • OrangeAce: fixes for the new tagging system when adding and editing issues,
  • OrangeAce: Fixed an error with an arrow next to the organisation name (for changing organisation while already in the organisation),
  • OrangeAce: PDF export now only captures issues that are currently visible in the issue table,
  • OrangeAce: Fixed a bug when creating a PDF extract - now the alphabets are displayed normally,
  • OrangeAce: Fixed a bug when filtering issues in the organisation view (filters were not always refreshed),
  • Bank-Connect: we've added the link ID and bank name to the email you receive when you download your bank statement,
  • Bank-Connect: fix when uploading CSV files for PayPal - now the correct transaction ID number is used,
  • Bank-Connect: Fixed a bug that prevented the transfer of transactions older than 90 days (for certain banks),
  • Bank-Connect: we are now limited to two manual exports per day for each TRR separately,
  • Bank-Connect: Fixed an issue with connecting Sharepoint accounts to DigiAce,
  • Bank-Connect: for each bank, we have added instructions for customers (which app they need to confirm their consent).
