For the provision of accounting services within the DigiE service, data is processed as a contractual processor by ZNAJDI SE računovodstvo d.o.o., a specialised accounting provider.

When you provide us with your data via the www.znajdise.net website (for example when downloading an e-handbook, subscribing to the newsletter, or through articles), the controller of that data is ZAVOD ZNAJDI SE, the owner of the znajdise.net website. ZnajdiSe Informatika d.o.o. collects the following information about you on the website:

ZnajdiSe informatika d.o.o. collects data on the website in order to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to provide the requested services. ZnajdiSe informatika d.o.o. may also use your data for the following purposes:

Data retention:

Data from inquiries and forms is kept for 2 years from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Data of clients with whom we enter into a contract is kept in line with the statutory retention periods for accounting and tax records.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. Accounting and tax documents must be retained for up to 10 years under Slovenian and EU law, so they cannot be deleted during that period.
