DigiAce app - updates for December 2024

Here are the updates to the DigiAce app that we launched in December.

  • Our Point redesign - now it's called OrangeAce!
  • The OrangeAce system is now more user-friendly and offers even more features! It offers better filtering by month and other parameters. We have also added the ability to answer questions from the table:
  • Ticket's table
  • Let's reply to the customer right from the tickets table:
  • Replying to customer
  • You can find an overview of all the features and other information on our new OrangeAce website: https://orange.digiace.io/
  • We've added Drag&Drop to all file uploads!
