DigiAce App - Updates for April 2025

Here are the updates for the DigiAce app that we launched in April 2025

  • OrangeAce: you can now filter tickets by year only or by month only,
  • OrangeAce: Fixed an error when the table of tickets was empty,
  • OrangeAce: Fixed bug with reminders - reminders were running but not set to "ran" status,
  • OrangeAce: The client can now see recently resolved tickets that they have not yet reviewed (on the Dashboard),
  • Bank-Connect: corrected an error in a manual transfer where the wrong bank statement number was given,
  • Bank-Connect: You can now set where the extension links will be sent in the link settings:
  • Bank-Connect: Fixed a bug with connections - the expiry date of the link was not always correct,
  • Bank-Connect: an error with incorrect dates on bank statements has been corrected,
  • Bank-Connect: Intesa Sanpaolo now displays both references on the statement (payer reference and payee reference).
